Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use dicharge.info (the “site”), run by D&I Charge (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What the site is for
The site describes D&I Charge’s phone-charging stations for bars and other venues within 50 miles of Sacramento, California, and lets venues ask us about getting one.
A request is not a contract
Sending a request doesn’t create an agreement or commit either of us to anything. Whether we can place a station depends on things like your location and your space. Any station placement is agreed directly between your venue and D&I Charge.
Renting a power bank
These terms cover the website. Renting a power bank at a station is covered by our Rental Terms and Prices.
Information on the site
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it’s general information about our service, not a promise that a station is available in a particular place or at a particular time. We may change or remove content without notice.
Using the site
Please don’t:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law;
- try to get unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it, or interfere with how it works;
- send spam, malicious code or false information through the site or to our email address.

We don’t promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, D&I Charge won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited under the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
