Accessibility Statement
D&I Charge wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website and reach us.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we’ve done
- Built every page with standard headings, landmarks, lists and labels, so screen readers and other assistive technology can find their way around.
- Made everything work with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
- Checked the color contrast of text and controls, and kept the layout working when text is enlarged or the window is narrow.
- Gave the station illustration and the service-area diagram text descriptions, and listed the cities we serve as text.
- Labeled every form field, explained errors in words next to the field, and made the form and the station demo announce what happened.
- Followed your device’s “reduce motion” setting, and kept buttons and markers visible in Windows high-contrast mode.
How we tested
We last reviewed the site on November 3, 2026 with automated checks (axe-core and Google Lighthouse) and by hand: keyboard-only use, screen widths from 320 to 1440 pixels, enlarged text and reduced motion, in Chromium-based browsers. Those checks found no outstanding issues. The site hasn’t yet been tested with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver, or in Firefox and Safari, and it hasn’t had an independent audit.
Known limitations
